Getting set up
Live within 48 hours. Counted from when we have your setup payment, your photos and business details, and access to your domain. Domain registration or transfer delays, and changes you request, can add time.
What we’ll need
Your logo and brand colours
Any format is fine. If you don't have a logo, we'll set your business name in a clean style.
Photos
Your work, your premises, your team or your products. Photos from your phone are fine if they're in focus and well lit.
What you do
Your services, the areas you cover, your opening hours and anything that makes you different.
Contact details
The phone number, email address and social links you want on your website.
Your domain
If you already have a domain, tell us who it's registered with. We'll send instructions to connect it.
Sharing things safely
You can upload your logo and photos during sign-up. If you have more to send later, we’ll give you a secure upload link.
We will never ask for your passwords by email, phone or form. Where we need access to something, such as your domain’s settings, we’ll send instructions so you can grant access yourself or make the change with our guidance.
The customer area will let you track your setup and send update requests once it’s open.
