Choose a time

A clinic website where choosing a treatment shows the next available appointments.

What we build

Three areas of work that often overlap. A booking website might need an integration; an app usually needs an admin dashboard. One team handles all of it.

  • Bespoke web apps
  • Customer and client portals
  • iOS and Android applications

Concept projects

Explorations we've designed to show how we approach different problems. They're not client work, and the results described are intended outcomes, not measured ones.
  • Concept projectBusiness website

    Harbour & Pine

A website for a bespoke joinery workshop that turns browsing into well-qualified enquiries.

    The problem
Bespoke joiners often get enquiries that are a poor fit: jobs too small, budgets far from realistic, or no detail on what's wanted. Each one takes time to answer, and the good enquiries get lost among them.
    Key features
Project gallery by room, Guided enquiry, Lead time indicator, Fast, image-heavy pages
    Intended benefit
Fewer back-and-forth emails, better information in each enquiry, and a site that represents the craftsmanship accurately. The intention is to spend less time on unsuitable leads and more on the right ones.

  • Concept projectOperations platform

    Fieldline

A job management dashboard for a field service business running several crews across a region.

    The problem
A growing heating and plumbing firm schedules jobs on a whiteboard, tracks parts in a spreadsheet and invoices from a separate accounts package. Nobody can see at a glance which jobs are late, which are waiting on parts, or which are ready to invoice.
    Key features
Job board with filters, Crew scheduling, Parts and stock, Accounts integration
    Intended benefit
One shared view of the work, less re-typing between systems, and invoices raised as soon as jobs are finished instead of at the end of the week.

  • Concept projectMobile app

    Fixture

An app for grassroots sports clubs to manage availability, team selection and subscriptions.

    The problem
Volunteer coaches chase availability through group chats, pick teams from memory and collect subs in cash. Information is scattered, and the same few people do all the admin.
    Key features
One-tap availability, Team selection, Subs and payments, Club admin
    Intended benefit
Less chasing for volunteers, clearer communication for players and parents, and a simpler way for clubs to collect fees.

What it can do for your business

The point of a digital product is what it changes. Here's the kind of work behind each outcome.
  • Generate enquiries

A service website with clear pages for each service, click-to-call on mobile and an enquiry form that asks the right questions.

  • Sell products or services

An online shop or booking system that takes payment and sends confirmations without manual follow-up.

  • Reduce manual administration

An automation that creates the customer record, the job and the invoice from one form, instead of three.

  • Give customers a better experience

A client portal where customers check progress and download documents without having to email.

  • Launch a new business idea

An MVP built around one core feature, released to real users so the next decision is based on evidence.

  • Connect disconnected systems

Your CRM, accounts and booking tools sharing data, so nothing is typed twice.

  • Build a platform that can evolve

A codebase and design system structured so new features can be added without starting again.

How we work

Ways to work with us

  • A clearly scoped project

A defined piece of work with agreed deliverables, timeline and cost. Best for websites and products where the requirements are well understood.

    Suits websites, redesigns, defined integrations

  • An MVP or phased launch

A focused first release, followed by further phases shaped by real use. Best for new products and ideas still being tested.

Suits new apps, saas platforms, portals

  • Ongoing development and support

Regular development time for improvements, maintenance and new features. Best for live products that need to keep evolving.

    Suits existing products, growing platforms

We don’t publish fixed prices for custom work, because cost depends on scope, functionality and delivery requirements. After an initial conversation we send a written proposal with clear costs.

Questions

Can you help if I only have an idea?

Yes. Many projects start with an idea and a problem to solve. We'll help you work out who it's for, what the first version needs to do and what can wait, before anything is designed or built.

Do you build both websites and applications?

Yes. We design and build websites, web applications, mobile apps and bespoke software, so a project that spans more than one of these doesn't need several suppliers.

Can you improve an existing website or app?

Yes. We'll review what you have and recommend whether to improve it, rebuild parts of it or start again, with the reasons for each option.

Can you integrate payments, bookings, AI and existing systems?

Usually, yes. Most modern payment, booking, CRM and accounting platforms provide ways to connect. We confirm what's possible with your specific systems during discovery.

How are projects priced?

Each project is priced on its scope, functionality and delivery requirements. After an initial conversation we provide a written proposal setting out what's included, the cost and how payment works.

How long does development take?

It depends on scope. A focused website might take weeks, while a larger platform can take several months. We'll give you a realistic timeline in the proposal and keep you updated as work progresses.

Can we start with an MVP?

Yes, and for new products we often recommend it. A minimum viable product focuses on the core job your product needs to do, so you can launch sooner and learn from real users.

What happens after launch?

Most products need updates, fixes and improvements over time. We can agree ongoing development and support, and the details are set out in the proposal and agreement.

Who owns the finished work?

Ownership of code, designs and content is set out in the proposal and agreement before work begins, so it's clear from the start.

Tell us what you want to build.

An idea, a problem or a half-finished product. Describe it in your own words and we'll come back with honest thoughts on how to approach it.
