How quickly will my website be live?
Within 48 hours. Counted from when we have your setup payment, your photos and business details, and access to your domain. Domain registration or transfer delays, and changes you request, can add time.
What do I pay when I sign up?
The £199 one-off setup fee, paid securely through Stripe. Your monthly payments start 30 days later and are taken automatically from the same card.
What does it cost in total?
There's a one-off setup fee of £199 and then a monthly payment for 12 months. The minimum initial cost is shown under each package: £787 for Starter, £1,267 for Plus, £1,987 for Pro. Anything quoted separately, such as domain registration, is confirmed before you commit.
Why is there a 12-month commitment?
Designing and building your website happens at the start, but it's paid for over the year rather than as a large upfront invoice. The 12-month term makes that possible. What happens at the end of the term is set out in our terms, which you accept before you pay.
Can I cancel early?
The packages have a 12-month initial commitment. Early termination terms are set out in our terms, which you'll see and accept before you pay.
Who owns my domain name?
Your domain is registered in your business's name, so it belongs to you. Domain registration and renewal are quoted separately.
What happens to my website if I leave?
Website ownership and handover arrangements are set out in our terms, which you accept before you pay, so you'll know exactly where you stand.
How does support work?
Pro includes priority remote support for the website, supplied email, Microsoft 365 setup and supplied phone service. You can send support requests at any time, and our team responds during published UK business hours. It doesn't cover on-site visits or every device and app you use.
What's in the Pro performance breakdown?
Pro includes privacy-friendly website analytics and a monthly breakdown in plain English: how many people visited, which pages they looked at, where they came from, how quickly your pages loaded, whether the site stayed online and how many enquiries came through your form. It shows how your website is doing; it doesn't include advertising or guarantee more visitors.
Can I change my website after it's live?
Pro includes up to 60 minutes of content changes each month, such as updating text, images or contact details. On Starter and Plus, content changes are quoted when you need them. New pages, redesigns and new features are quoted separately on any package.
Can I add more email users?
Yes. Plus and Pro include one Microsoft 365 Business Standard licence for one named user. Additional users are charged separately.
Do you guarantee I'll appear on Google?
No. We set up the basics search engines look for, including page titles, descriptions, headings and a sitemap. Rankings depend on many things outside anyone's control, so no one can honestly guarantee them.
Is it tax deductible?
These services may qualify as allowable business expenses, but tax treatment depends on your circumstances. Check with your accountant.
